PwC, a global network of business assurance, tax and consulting firms, published its annual aerospace manufacturing attractiveness rankings report and ranked North Carolina as the overall fifth top state in the U.S. for aerospace attractiveness (rising from number seven last year).

For a thorough and comprehensive final rank, the report compiles a weighted score with category and subcategory rankings taken into consideration as well. The report also named North Carolina as the second top state for tax policy and the seventh top state for both industry and economy, contributing to North Carolina’s high overall ranking.

With 14,000+ workers already employed in the aerospace industry and nearly 200 innovative aerospace companies like HAECO and HondaJet already located in Greensboro-High Point alone, North Carolina is an excellent choice for those looking for a rapidly growing aerospace hub for aircraft manufacturing.
